KpSHK (Consortium for Supporting Community based Forest System Management) – A national level Non Governmental networking Organization with members all over Indonesia, Obligated to promote community based forest management models, and giving its full support to all SHK endeavors through an organization capacity building, co-operation program development, and SHK enhancement and exaggeration.

We are looking for qualified personnel to fill the position as:

Project Coordinator (RMU/PC) – Bogor Based (1 qualified person)

Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for all project aspects considering with economical empowerments, governmental policy analysis, environmental and community forestry policy issues in neither national nor international level. Including, coordinating, dynamiting and ensuring that the program will be in line with the institutional vision and mission.

Qualification(s): He/She has to be Bachelor degree (or preferred above), Min. 5 Years experiences in related issues or position, preferable to have an economic and environmental educational background, Strong Leadership skill, able to work pressure, analytical, initiative, organized and communicative, preferably to have an English proficiency level, able to work with team and networking. Must have good relationship with media partners, good understanding of Information Technology (computer and web based oriented).

Project Finance Manager (RMU/PFM) – Bogor Based (1 qualified person)

Responsibilities: The candidate will be fully responsible for all project financial and administrative works and management, cash flow management. He/She also has a financial analysis skill, be responsible preparing a financial plan and management reporting, ensuring the operation to be in line ensuring that the program will be in line with the institutional vision and mission.

Qualification(s): It is required to be minimum Diploma degree in Accountancy (or above), must be minimum 3 years of experiences in similar position, have a full understand in managing a financial plan for non profit organization, have a good knowledge of cost accounting and internal control, hands on and able to work with large number of data, familiar with computer based accounting system (Ms. Office, and other program will be preferable)
